Tassili Airlines was established in March 1998 and started operations with a flight from Hassi Messaoud to Algiers. Initially it was a joint venture between Air Algerie (49%) and Sonatrach Petroleum Corporation (51%). Tassili Airlines is a passenger airline based in Algiers, Algeria. It provides transport for workers to oil fields in Algeria. Its main base is Houari Boumedienne Airport (ALG), Algiers. Today, Tassili Airlines envolves by achieving several new missions in the air services in Algeria: it contributes to the reinforcement of the national system transport and to the rise of the algerian economy, with the satisfaction of many customers.

Tassili Airlines collaborates with the oil companies, para oil and all those of the mine and energy sector, The flexibility that we provide allows the freedom to book an air charter flight, or reserve an open seat on a shuttle flight, according to yout specific needs. They will have regular domestic flights in Algeria and our network will include three destinations in the beginning. All of those flights will be made by our Bombardier Q400 with 74 seats. New destinations will follow with the extension of our fleet.
